  • 20g or 2/3 cup of spinach blend
  • ½ medium avocado (~135g)
  • 1 scoop of MCT oil powder
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Lakanto monk fruit sweetener
  • ½ cup of coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 5 ice cubes

Optional ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened plain almond milk
  • 1 cup of crushed ice
  • ¼ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • ¼ cup of fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners swerve
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
  • ½ tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Microwave cream cheese until it becomes soft.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Smoothie

This recipe is a thicker and healthier alternative to stand chocolate milkshakes. The taste, however, remains the same. Preparation is straightforward and takes only five minutes. 


  • ¼ cup of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons powdered Erythritol
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. You can add sweeteners if you wish. 

Blueberry Coconut Chia Keto Smoothie

This snack is perfect for all get groups. It consists of antioxidants and healthy fats that keep you full and healthy. 


  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup of full-fat Greek yogurt. If you are lactose-intolerant, use coconut milk or almond milk.
  • ½ cup of coconut cream
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew or almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of swerve sweetener (or any other sweetener of your choice)
  • Add protein powder or collagen powder, depending on your preferences


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Cinnamon Chocolate Breakfast Keto Smoothie

If you want to enjoy the combined benefits of Keto and Paleo diets, try out the cinnamon chocolate breakfast smoothie. It uses stevia as a sweetener, and the cinnamon serves to hide the stevia aftertaste. 


  • ¾ cup of coconut milk
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Stevia to taste
  • ½ teaspoon of MCT oil or 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (optional)
